How to choose which Rallye to apply for:

If your son/daughter was a member of Le French Rallye last year, they should apply for the same Rallye. For example: If last year your child was part of Rallye Balmoral 2023-2024, you should apply for Rallye Balmoral 2024-2025.

If your son/daughter is joining for the first time, please make sure you have fully read through the About Page before you fill out your application. There, you will find information about the different age categories and Rallyes. If you need additional information, please contact us by email. (Email addresses can be found on the contact page.)

  • Rallye Clarence, exclusively for children in school year: 3ième(FR) / Year 10 (UK)
  • Rallye Balmoral, exclusively for children in school year: 2nde(FR) / Year 11 (UK)
  • Rallye Windsor, exclusively for children in school year: 1ère(FR) / Year 12 (UK)

Read & Accept The Code of Conduct

  1. I must conform to the established rules. I understand that not complying with the Code of Conduct may lead me to be suspended or expelled without compensation for the rest of the year or for a lesser breach of conduct, may lead to the loss of the family's priority status for future registrations in the case of younger siblings.
  2. I will not invite any non-member friends to French Rallye parties unless I am a Host Parent organising the party. If I am a Host Parent, I must respect the rule regarding the number of extra guests authorised at each party by age group (in case of doubt, please contact the coordinator).
  3. I will reply to all invitations before the deadline, and for Rallye Clarence (“Le Petit Rallye”), pay before the deadline.
  4. I will not bring any alcohol to events.
  5. I understand that regular attendance of the events is essential to get to know other Members and create a successful party environment.
  6. I will dress appropriately: smart dress for girls, no jeans, no tee-shirts, no crop tops, no tracksuits and no trainers.
  7. I will arrive on time for the events. In case of unforeseeable delay or absence, I will inform the host parents before the party.
  8. I will not leave the event without letting the host parents know and thanking them.
  9. I will show kindness, hospitality and respect for others.
  10. The use of drugs will lead to immediate exclusion from Le French Rallye.
  11. I will not publish or use photos of other people without their approval (Facebook, Instagram, blogs etc).

Data Protection Policy

The French Rallye Ltd recognises the importance of the correct and lawful collection and treatment of personal data. By submitting your details you acknowledge that your details will be added to The French Rallye database and be used solely for the purposes of the French Rallye ’s activities by the French Rallye and its members. We will only maintain such information as is necessary for the purpose of the French Rallye. Members will be informed of any breach of security that may be identified. Rallye Members will have their personal data permanently erased from the website at the end of their particular Rallye’s life, i.e. after the approvals of the accounts of the third year of their Rallye. Members can request at any time before that date for their personal data to be erased from the website by sending a written notification to its Directors. The data will be removed swiftly. Members commit to only using other Members’ personal data for the purpose of The French Rallye. Members commit to not sharing other Members personal data or photos with third parties.
